Jennifer

Originally licensed in 1986, I spent the first thirteen years in the Real Estate industry selling new homes for The Lusk Company out of Orange County CA and Lennar in San Diego County. I was invited to join Lennar's management team in 1999 as sales manager and ultimately as Vice President of Sales and Broker of Record for the division. During that tenure, my sales department ranked consistently in the top two of 50 divisions across the nation based on metrics including sales, on-time closings and customer satisfaction as ranked by JD Powers and Associates. I was promoted to the position of President of the San Diego division in 2004. The market began changing drastically during my tenure but through strong leadership, team building and implementation of new systems and processes, we ranked #1 nationally within Lennar in sales, starts and closings projections and again #1 in customer satisfaction as ranked by JD Powers and Associates. By late 2007, I was ready for a change of pace and left Lennar to start my own company, Pacific Shoreline GC & Design. I obtained a B License (General Contractor) in California as well as completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from the Interior Designers Institute. Legacy Group is the culmination of over 35 years of experience in Real Estate- Sales, Design and Construction. In coordination with BWB Contractors, we are creating spaces at once unique and lovely but equally as functional with style and quality that will stand the test of time.​

I grew up in San Diego so I understand the dynamics, mood, and layout of this special place. After 21 successful years in the printing/graphics industry, I sold my business and turned my talents to the San Diego real estate market. I have been a professional in the Real Estate industry since 2009, dedicating myself to the practice and principles of Real Estate, ensuring that each of my clients has the best representation and best outcome in their Real Estate endeavors. My focus on productivity streamlines our transactions and I always bring my special brand of optimism to everything I do. As a fiduciary, I am diligent and always looking out for the best interests of my clients. We at Willis Allen have state-of-the-art technology to stay ahead of the game but it’s really my self-motivation and professionalism that my clients keep coming back for. I believe in hard work and I am dedicated to ensuring my clients have the best possible experience in their Real Estate dealings.
