Jennifer Harrison
I began my career in Real Estate in 1986 spending the first thirteen years selling new homes for both The Lusk Co in Orange County California and then with Lennar in San Diego County. In 1999, I was asked to join the management team with Greystone Homes/ Lennar, and over the next eight years, my career grew from Sales Manager to President of the Homebuilding Division for San Diego.
While I loved the homebuilding industry and working with great companies, I had always wanted to branch out on my own so in 2007, I obtained my B License (General Contractor) in California, completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and started my own company Pacific Shoreline GC & Design.
I have been licensed as a Broker of Real Estate since 2001 and have now incorporated all of my career experience into my new company. For almost forty years I have been expanding my knowledge of this wonderful industry and today have the opportunity to exercise this span of understanding to help my clients with all of their Real Estate needs.
I have worked with Ben Brady of BWB Contractors for over 15 years and together we have created unique and treasured spaces for our clients. Having a design and construction team that works seamlessly to achieve our client’s goals is worth our weight in gold.
